  • How is TobizMP different from other POS System?
  • - Easy to use, simple and economic.
    - Minimal training is required, as TobizMP operate on smart phone.
    - All you need to is update your product and customer list in TobizMP or our web portal (http://tobiz.network) and leave the rest to us. We'll help you to maintain your sales transactions in our TobizCloud storage system.

  • What do I need to do to use TobizMP?
  • To use TobizMP, simply download from Google Play Store. If it is suitable for your business requirement, kindly make the purchase by contact us or our reseller agents for assistance.

  • Can I try TobizMP without purchase?
  • Yes. You can get a demo account from http://tobiz.network/site/demo. Once it is ready, you will receive email from us. After activate your demo account, you are entitled to enjoy this application and TobizCloud services for 30 days.

  • How will I be informed if TobizMP account has been registered?
  • Once the account has been registered, you will receive a message which provides necessary information such as Customer No, Device ID and Activation code to activate SimplePOS app in your smartphone.

  • Is TobizMP's tax invoice format compliance with Malaysia GST legislation?
  • Yes. The format of tax invoice issued by TobizMP contains all of the required information set by the authority.

  • Can TobizMP working offline?
  • TobizMP can generate the invoice and print with a wifi-enabled printer, no internet connection required. Internet connection is only required when sync/access the data on the TobizCloud storage system (http://tobiz.network).

  • How can I track sales in real-time?
  • All users of TobizMP can sync their data to our TobizCloud web portal (http://tobiz.network) without any additional charge. With this, you will be able to view and track sales activities from multiple location in real-time.

  • What should I do if the smart phone which installed with TobizMP has been stolen or lost?
  • All your data in TobizMP is protected because this app is lock with password protection and the sales transactions are erasing after user sync data to our TobizCloud web portal (http://tobiz.network). However, you need to purchase a new license in order to setup the TobizMP in your new smart phone. This is because the activation code for each TobizMP's user is unique as we setup it based on each device's unique serial number known as an UUID (Universally Unique Identifier).

  • Will TobizMP be outdated?
  • We are working on improving TobizMP for a better user experience. Any updates will be applied to existing and new user for this app and our TobizCloud web portal (http://tobiz.network).
